钻杆丝扣的传统加工方法是,先由锻工镦厚,再由车工车扣。这种加工方法劳动强度大,效率低,难于满足生产需要。在反复实践的基础上,我们设计制造了一种液压镦管和液压滚丝机,实现了钻杆无切削加工。经三年多的使用,效果很好。加工过程是这样:在炭炉中将钻杆头加热到金属再结晶温度以下的适当温度,用镦管机进行挤压成型。冷却后,在滚丝机上加工丝扣。现将有关设备简介于下。
