血小板聚集功能是目前公认的较能反映血小板质量的指标之一。它不仅对血小板功能缺陷症的诊断有特殊意义,而且对了解某些疾病过程中继发性血小板功能障碍也有一定意义。血小板在止血、血栓形成和维持血管壁完整性方面有极重要的作用。辐射损伤后,维持外周血中一定数量功能较好的血小板,能不同程度地减轻出血。为了进一步了解照后血小板质量的变化,我们使用国产BS631型血小板聚集仪测定了照后血小板的聚集功能。
Platelet aggregation function is currently recognized as one of the more able to reflect the quality of platelets. It is not only of special significance for the diagnosis of platelet function defects, but also for the understanding of secondary platelet dysfunction in some diseases. Platelets play an important role in hemostasis, thrombosis and maintenance of vascular wall integrity. Radiation injury, maintaining a certain number of peripheral blood better functioning platelets, to varying degrees, reduce bleeding. In order to further understand the change of platelet mass, we used the domestic platelet aggregation analyzer BS631 to measure platelet aggregation function after irradiation.
