在日常生活中,不少人常感到耳内嗡嗡响,这就是人们所说的耳鸣。耳鸣声多数在耳内,少数在头部或耳周,发病率最高的年龄为50~70岁。它的表现形式多种多样:有时可为低音调轰鸣或嗡嗡声;有时又可呈嘶嘶声、海潮声。声调、音量及强度波动不定,在安静房间内或过度疲劳、精神紧张时,则耳鸣更为清晰。耳鸣是听觉功能的紊乱现象,也是听分析器对适宜的和不适宜的刺激所产生的反应,不是来自外界的声音。发生耳鸣往往给患者带来很大的痛苦和烦恼,成为难以解决的顽症之一。

Tinnitus often brings great suffering and annoyance to patients, becoming one of the difficult problems to be solved.
