本文28例均为脑力劳动者,男26例、女2例。首次发病在50~59岁者11例、60~69岁15例、70岁以上者2例。老年人阵发性心房纤颤(下称房颤)以50~69岁之间最多。随访时间:随访最长10年,短者1年,大多数为3年。本组28例中,5例前一年为阵发性房颤,尔后则变为持续性房颤,余者经随访仍为阵发性房颤,均未发生栓塞合并症。房颤发作形式:从其发作形式来看,有的毫无先兆,突然发作,部分病例先有频发房早或阵发性房速
This article 28 cases are mental workers, 26 males and 2 females. The first incidence in 50 to 59 years in 11 cases, 60 to 69 years in 15 cases, 70 years of age in 2 cases.
