1病历摘要男,20日龄。因面部青紫,呼吸困难10 d、吐沫2 d于2009-11-06入院。查体:患儿面部及四肢青紫,刺激反应差。三凹征阳性。左肺呼吸音较低,右肺未闻及明显呼吸音。HR 120次/min,心音有力,各瓣膜听诊区未闻及杂音。腹软,肝大肋下2·0cm,质韧。四肢肌张力低。X线胸部正位片:
