社会经济的快速发展,车辆的日益增多,交通的迅速发展带动了道路交通建设的日新月异,这对交通安全管理提出了更多更高的要求。面对这些复杂情况,道路交通安全的保障客观上迫切需要一批技术硬、思想素质高的专业驾驶员。但随之而来的道路交通多样化、复杂化等种种不确定因素,却在一定程度上增加了驾驶员的压力。在涉及行车安全的诸多因素当中,人的主观因素发挥着重要作用,而在这些因素中,驾驶员的素质显得尤为重要。因此,提高驾驶员素质对预防车辆事故,保证行车安全具有重要意义。
Rapid socio-economic development, increasing number of vehicles, rapid traffic development led to the rapid development of road traffic, which put forward more and higher requirements for traffic safety management. Faced with these complicated situations, the protection of road traffic safety objectively urgently requires a group of professional drivers who are both hard-working and highly thought-competent. However, due to various uncertainties such as the diversification and complexity of road traffic, the pressure of pilots has been increased to a certain extent. Among the many factors involved in traffic safety, subjective factors play an important role, and among these factors, the quality of drivers is particularly important. Therefore, to improve the quality of drivers to prevent vehicle accidents, to ensure traffic safety is of great significance.
