党中央、国务院建设青藏铁路的决策,受到社会各界人士的广泛关注,特别是对如何攻克多年冻土、高寒缺氧、生态脆弱“三大难题”,倍受瞩目。到目前为止,青藏铁路开工建设已两年多,在这期间,通过科学试验和生产实践,对解决“三大难题”已取得了重要成果。那么解决“三大难题”究竟采取了哪些行之有效的措施呢?本刊记者日前特请孙永福副部长介绍了攻克“三大难题”的相关情况,特此刊登。
The CPC Central Committee and the State Council’s decision-making on the construction of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway has drawn wide attention from people in all walks of life. In particular, it has drawn much attention on how to tackle the three major problems of permafrost, alpine hypoxia and ecological fragility. So far, the Qinghai-Tibet Railway has been under construction for more than two years. During this period, scientific experiments and production practices have made important achievements in resolving the “three major problems.” So what are the effective measures to solve the “three major difficult problems”? Recently, our correspondent recently invited Vice Minister Sun Yongfu to introduce the relevant situation of conquering the “three major problems” and hereby publish it here.
