我们设计了一种实验模式,把人工循环和示踪法结合起来,研究分子水平上生命停止和复苏的规律性。通过使用人工循环装置(AAC)和引入不同的蛋白质和核酸标记前体,就能观察死的机体与复活的机体中所有组织的代谢过程。本实验的目的,是试图查明决定机体死后代谢变化的可逆性、恢复代谢的起动机制以及整个机体生命活动的因素。联系到在体温过低时,生命活动的停止经常是可逆的,因而研究了降低体温以及死亡发生后的代谢情形。目的则是估价死后在分子水平上发生代谢变化的特性。材料和方法
We have devised an experimental model that combines artificial circulation with tracer methods to study the regularity of cessation and recovery of life at the molecular level. By using a manual circulation device (AAC) and introducing different protein and nucleic acid labeled precursors, it is possible to observe the metabolic processes of all tissues in dead and resurrected tissues. The purpose of this experiment is to try to identify the reversible metabolic changes that determine the body’s post-mortem, the priming mechanism to restore metabolism, and the life-activity of the entire body. In connection with hypothermia, the cessation of life activity is often reversible, and therefore studies of hypothermia and metabolic changes after death occur. The purpose is to assess the metabolic changes that occur at the molecular level after death. Materials and Method
