文章研究了激发剂对化工废石膏-粉煤灰新型道路建筑材料的强度和自由线膨胀率等性能的影响,以及减水剂的作用和这种新型道路建筑材料的硫酸盐侵蚀性能等。本研究选用三种不同类别粉煤灰与化工废石膏进行复合试验,并阐述了高钙粉煤灰与粉煤灰混合料的强度形成机理。根据《公路无机结合料稳定材料试验规程》的相关试验方法,对高钙粉煤灰与粉煤灰混合料的强度、模量、水稳定性等路用技术性能进行了系统的试验研究,表明高钙粉煤灰与粉煤灰混合料具有较高的强度、模量和较好的水稳定性,其各项技术性能满足现行规范的要求,可以作为各级公路的底基层或基层材料。
In this paper, the effects of activator on properties such as strength and free linear expansion of new building materials of chemical waste gypsum-fly ash, as well as the role of water reducer and the sulfate attack of this new type of road building material are studied. In this study, three different types of fly ash and chemical waste gypsum were used for composite test, and the strength formation mechanism of high calcium fly ash and fly ash mixture was described. According to the relevant test method of Test Method of Inorganic Binding Materials for Highway Materials, the technical performance of high calcium fly ash and fly ash mixture, such as strength, modulus and stability of water, were systematically tested and studied. High calcium fly ash and fly ash mixture has high strength, modulus and good water stability, and its technical performance to meet the requirements of the current norms can be used as the sub-base or grass-roots materials at all levels of the road.
