通过对我国普通高校的抽样调查表明,多数学校基本符合《条例》的要求,但是仍有一些学校达不到《条例》的要求。产生问题的原因出在知法、守法、执法多个环节,建议加强对体育教师进行法规的学习,增强依法维护学校体育的意识,教育行政部门要加强贯彻《条例》的检查与评估,确保体育教育法规的贯彻执行,以及有关部门对体育法规进行修改和完善。
Through the sample survey of ordinary colleges and universities in our country, most schools basically meet the requirements of the “Regulations,” but some schools still fail to meet the requirements of the “Regulations.” The reason for the problem lies in many aspects such as law enforcement, law-abiding and law-enforcement. It is suggested to strengthen the study of laws and regulations on physical education teachers and to enhance awareness of school physical education in accordance with the law.
