本文以10mm厚的AZ61镁合金为研究对象,分析了聚焦电流、焊接束流、焊接速度等焊接工艺参数的变化对焊缝正面和背面成形的影响;焊接热输入量的变化对焊缝接头组织形貌的影响以及随硬度值的变化而产生的情况。结果表明,通过改变聚焦电流,可以改变聚焦位置,使背面焊缝产生“适度熔透”、“仅熔池透”和“未熔透”三种典型的熔透状态;改变焊接束流和焊接速度也可以产生不同熔透的特点的焊缝成形。随着焊接热输入量增加,接头部位微观组织发生明显变化,等轴晶α-Mg尺寸和细小的白色粒状β相含量均有增加趋势。硬度测试结果表明,焊缝熔合区处的硬度平均值均大于母材值。
