30多年的改革开放给我们带来了一个重大的变化,那就是对外部的世界更加了解了,经过比较,更加清楚地认识到自己的差距,提高了发愤图强的决心和信心,于是,各行各业似乎同时都提出了一个重要的口号,要尽快和世界接轨。这一说法并不为错,有个标杆,有个目标,做起事来有个方向。然而,是否任何事情都要和国际接轨,这倒是要认真思索的事。
