引子本刊上期曾就王海和“王海班”发表了对中石油抚顺石化公司总经理李若平的专访,在社会上引起较大反响,不少读者来信来电对王海和“王海班”事迹大加赞赏。为了更广泛地宣传王海和“王海班”,更深入地探讨王海和“王海班”产生的社会意义,准确把握王海和“王海班”的时代特征,从理论层面提升王海和“王海班”对现代企业的影响,以及王海和“王海班”对现代企业班组建设的启示等,7月29日,由辽宁省经委、辽宁省总工会主办的“学习王海班暨现代班组管理研讨会”,在抚顺石化宾馆举行。辽宁省经委副主任宋跃进,辽宁省企业联合会、企业家协会副会长、秘书长马琳以及辽宁省总工会等有关部门的领导出席了研讨会并讲话。来自辽宁省各科研院所、大专院校和新闻单位部分专家学者对王海和“王海班”发袁了深邃而精辟的见解。

On July 29, “Seminar on the Management of Wang Hai Ban and Modern Team Management” hosted by Liaoning Provincial Economic Commission and Liaoning Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, Petrochemical Hotel held. Song Yuejin, deputy director of Liaoning Provincial Economic Commission, leaders of relevant departments of Liaoning Provincial Federation of Enterprises, Vice-Chambers of Entrepreneurs’ Association, Secretary-General Ma Lin and Liaoning Provincial Federation of Trade Unions attended the seminar and delivered speeches.
