医疗设备管理科室是为医院临床服务的部门,其管理工作的质量,涉及到医护水平的问题。特别是目前正在进行的医院等级考评的工作中,医院医疗设备科室如何进行准备,达到等级医院的要求,这是各级医院所关心的问题。本文试图以卫生部关于“卫生事业单位仪器设备管理办法(暂行)”即省卫生厅1992年转发的卫生部(87)卫计字第(231)号文件以及“云南省三级(二级、一级)医院分等级考核评分标准为依据,对涉及医疗设备管理中的三个部分,作一探讨,供同行参考。本文按照三级医院评分标准的有关条款逐条叙述,二级和一级医院可按各自的相应条款参照准备。在三级医院考核许多标准中,涉及医疗设备管理的有三个部分,现分述如下:一、医院管理部份第(九)项——设备管理共五条标准 1.设立设备维修科并有专人负责:按照卫生部(231)号文件的精神,医疗设备
The medical equipment management department is the clinical service department for the hospital. The quality of its management work involves the level of medical care. Especially in the current work of hospital grade evaluation, how to prepare the hospital medical equipment department to meet the requirements of the grade hospital is a concern of all levels of hospitals. This article attempts to use the Ministry of Health’s “Measures for the Administration of Instruments and Equipment in Public Health Institutions (Provisional)” which is the Ministry of Health (87) Wei Ji Zi No. (231) document transmitted by the Provincial Health Department in 1992 and the “Three Levels of Yunnan Province (Level II). Grade 1) hospitals are classified based on graded assessment criteria, and a discussion is made on the three parts involved in the management of medical equipment for reference by peers. This article describes one by one according to the relevant provisions of the three-tier hospital scoring standards. According to their respective provisions, reference can be made to preparations.
