七星瓢虫是具有滞育现象的昆虫,而且每年5~6月,有大量成虫由南向北(大致方向)作远距离移动。目前能够反映七星瓢虫成虫发育和生理状况的只有两个形态学指标,即鞘翅的色泽和卵巢发育的等级。这两个指标对研究瓢虫的生态学和迁飞是十分有用的。 1974~1979年,我们曾解剖过上千头雌性瓢虫,以检查其卵巢发育状况。现根据解剖观察,就卵巢发育分级标准和研究卵巢发育的生态学意义简介如下。
Coccinella septempunctata is a diapause insect, and from May to June each year, a large number of adults move from south to north (general direction) for long-distance movement. At present, there are only two morphological indicators that can reflect the development and physiological status of the ladybird ladybird, namely, the color of the coleopteran and ovarian development.
