根据国家轻工业调整和振兴规划,结合贯彻落实《国务院关于支持福建省加快建设海峡西岸经济区的若干意见》,现制定《福建省轻工业调整和振兴实施方案》,实施期为2009~2011年。一、产业现状(一)发展成效轻工业包括食品、鞋业、塑料、造纸等12类45个行业。2008年全省有规模以上轻工企业(不含烟草工业)7193家,总资产2787亿元,职工总数156万人,占全省规模以上工业企业职工总数的44.7%。完成现价工业总产值4579亿元,增长26.1%。
According to the plan of national light industry restructuring and rejuvenation, in combination with the implementation of the “Several Opinions of the State Council on Supporting Fujian Province to Accelerate the Building of an Economic Zone on the West Bank of the Taiwan Strait,” the “Implementation Plan for Light Industry Adjustment and Revitalization in Fujian Province” is hereby formulated with implementation period of 2009-2011. First, the status of the industry (a) the development of light industry, including food, footwear, plastics, paper and other 12 categories 45 industries. In 2008, there were 7,193 light industry and light industry enterprises (excluding tobacco industry) above designated size with a total assets of 278.7 billion yuan and a total number of 1.56 million workers, accounting for 44.7% of the total number of workers in industrial enterprises above designated size in the province. The current industrial output value of 457.9 billion yuan was completed, up 26.1%.
