本文用EHMO法研究了铁、镍、锌金属及其二元合金镀层的耐蚀性能,结果表明:金属表面形成氧化膜后能使金属的最高占有轨道能量降低,金属失去电子的能力减弱,相当于使电极电位正移,因而使金属抗氧化能力提高。这个结论支持了现有的耐蚀理论。计算结果可说明锌镀层与镍镀层具有较好的耐蚀性能的实验事实。对于二元合金,解释或预示铁镍、锌铁和锌镍等合金镀层有比单元金属较好的耐蚀性能。
In this paper, the corrosion resistance of iron, nickel, zinc and binary alloy coatings was studied by EHMO method. The results show that the oxide layer on the metal surface can reduce the highest occupied orbital energy of the metal and reduce the loss of electrons by the metal, In the electrode potential is positive, so that metal oxidation resistance increased. This conclusion supports the existing theory of corrosion resistance. The results show that the zinc coating and the nickel coating have good corrosion resistance of the experimental facts. For the binary alloy, explain or predict iron-nickel, zinc-iron and zinc-nickel alloy coating has better corrosion resistance than the unit metal.
