目的观察豆蔻、紫苏叶、白芷3味辛温归肺经中药对复合因素致肺阳虚大鼠肺功能的影响。方法采用烟熏(外邪犯肺)+常温及冰水游泳(形寒劳倦)+服用冰水(内饮生冷)多因素复合造成肺阳虚大鼠模型。造模的同时ig给予豆蔻、紫苏叶、白芷水提取物,连续24 d。末次给药后,大鼠气管插管测量肺功能指标;取血测定血清内皮素(ET)、血栓素B2(TXB2)、6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)的量。结果豆蔻、紫苏叶及白芷水提取物均能在一定程度上减少呼气时间、一次呼吸周期时间、气道阻力,增加呼吸频率、每分通气量(VE)、呼气峰值流速(PEF)、呼气至最大流速时间与呼气时间之比(TPEF/TE)、吸入75%潮气量时吸气速度(IF75)、吸入75%潮气量时吸气速度与峰值流速之比(IF75/PIF)、呼出75%潮气量时呼气速度(EF75)、呼出50%潮气量时呼气速度(EF50)、呼出75%潮气量时呼气速度与峰值流速之比(EF75/PEF)、呼出50%潮气量时呼气速度与峰值流速之比(EF50/PEF),减少血清TXB2水平。结论豆蔻、紫苏叶、白芷水提取物均能不同程度调节肺功能指标,降低血清TXB2水平。
Objective To observe the effects of cardamom, basil leaves, Angelica sinensis, three flavors, Xinwen and lungs by traditional Chinese medicine on lung function of rats with pulmonary-yang deficiency caused by multiple factors. Methods Pulmonary yang deficiency model rats were induced by smoking (exogenous evil offender lung) + swimming at normal temperature and ice water (cold fatigue) + taking ice water (cold drinking). After the last administration, the indexes of lung function were measured by tracheal intubation in rats. Results Cardamom, Perilla frutescentis and Angelica dahurica extract all can reduce the expiratory time, respiratory cycle time, airway resistance, increase the respiratory rate, VE and PEF to a certain extent. , The ratio of inspiration to peak expiratory flow time (TPEF / TE), inspiration 75% tidal volume (IF75), inspiration 75% tidal volume (IF75 / PIF ), Expiratory velocity at 75% exhalation (EF75), EF50 at expiratory volume of 50%, EF75 / PEF at exhalation volume of 75%, expired 50 % Tidal volume expiratory flow and peak velocity ratio (EF50 / PEF), reduce serum TXB2 levels. Conclusion cardamom, basil leaves, Angelica water extract can regulate pulmonary function indicators to varying degrees, lower serum TXB2 levels.
