本文应用闭管化学气相传输方法制备Hg_(1-x)Zn_xFe单晶体,测量其完整性、晶格常数,组份及晶格结构。同时对于影响晶格组份的因素也作了初步探索。 In this paper, Hg_ (1-x) Zn_xFe single crystals were prepared by closed-tube chemical vapor deposition and their integrity, lattice constants, composition and lattice structure were measured. At the same time for the factors that affect the lattice components also made a preliminary exploration.
