介绍了一种轿车安全带螺母板级进模的应用,通过对安全带螺母板冲压工艺及模具结构的分析,在一套级进模上采用7个工序完成零件的冲制。在第1工序中采用冲制定位孔来实现下一个工序的定位,设计了导料块来进行板件的初定位,导正销用于工件的精确定位,保证零件的精度。通过生产试验验证可知,采用该冲压工艺及模具结构生产的安全带螺母板总精度达到100%,满足了整车对产品精度及品质的要求;采用多工位连续生产可以提高模具的生产效率,降低生产成本。
The application of a car seat belt nut plate progressive die is introduced. Through the stamping process of the seat belt nut plate and the analysis of the die structure, seven parts are punched into one set of progressive dies. Punch positioning hole is used in the first step to achieve the positioning of the next process. The guide block is designed for the initial positioning of the plate. The guide pin is used for precise positioning of the workpiece to ensure the accuracy of the part. Through the production test shows that the use of the stamping process and mold structure of the production safety belt nut board total accuracy of 100% to meet the vehicle on the product accuracy and quality requirements; use of multi-station continuous production can increase the mold production efficiency, reduce manufacturing cost.
