收集65例胃窦粘膜活检标本。应用4种内分泌及激素抗体的免疫组化方法,并通过图象分析定量技术显示内分泌细胞的种类及数量。应用Warthin-Starry染色法显示幽门螺杆菌(HP)。结果发现伴有HP感染组(18例)的内分泌细胞的种类及数量均有变化,G细胞数量增多(71.28±12.5/mm~2),D细胞数量减少(5.32±1.42/mm~2),蛙皮素阳性细胞亦增多(12.7±2.6/mm~2)。G/D比值为13.4。不伴HP感染组(47例)G细胞定量为67.65±10.4/mm~2,P>0.05;D细胞为13.65±3.56/mm~2,P<0.05;蛙皮素阳性细胞为5.31±2.32/mm~2,P>0.05。G/D比值为5.05。上述结果表明,幽门螺杆菌感染引起胃泌素升高的原因可能是D细胞的数量减少,分泌胃体抑素较少,使C细胞分泌的抑制因素降低的结果。
Collected 65 cases of antral mucosal biopsy specimens. Four kinds of endocrine and hormone antibody immunohistochemistry were applied, and the number and type of endocrine cells were displayed by quantitative analysis of image analysis. Helicobacter pylori (HP) was shown by Warthin-Starry staining. The results showed that the number and types of endocrine cells in HP infection group (18 cases) were changed. The number of G cells increased (71.28 ± 12.5 / mm ~ 2) and the number of D cells decreased (5.32 ± 1.42 / mm ~ 2) Bombesin positive cells also increased (12.7 ± 2.6 / mm ~ 2). G / D ratio of 13.4. The number of G cells in non-HP infected group (47 cases) was 67.65 ± 10.4 / mm 2, P> 0.05; D cells was 13.65 ± 3.56 / mm 2, P <0.05; the positive cells of bombesin were 5.31 ± 2.32 / mm ~ 2, P> 0.05. The G / D ratio is 5.05. The above results indicate that H. pylori infection caused by increased gastrin may be due to the decrease in the number of D cells, less somatostatin secretion, so that the inhibition of C cell secretion decreased results.
