利用金相显微镜、X-射线衍射仪、TYU-2000A交流软磁材料磁性能测试仪研究了不同冷轧压下率对无取向硅钢组织及性能的影响。结果表明:随着冷轧压下率的增加,晶粒尺寸越来越小,组织越来越不均匀;随着冷轧压下率的增大,织构不断恶化,主要原因是(111)面织构明显增加,(100)和(110)面织构有一定的降低;随着冷轧压下率的增大,铁损明显降低,磁感应强度略有降低。
The effects of different cold reduction rates on the microstructure and properties of non-oriented silicon steel were investigated by optical microscope, X-ray diffraction and TYU-2000A AC soft magnetic material magnetic properties tester. The results show that with the increase of cold rolling reduction, the grain size becomes smaller and the microstructure becomes more and more uneven. With the increase of cold rolling reduction, the texture is deteriorated continuously, mainly due to the (111) The texture of (100) and (110) planes is decreased obviously. With the increase of cold rolling reduction, the iron loss obviously decreases and the magnetic induction intensity decreases slightly.
