目的探讨梅州地区妇女人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的状况和基因型的分布情况,为该地区宫颈疾病的防治及流行病学研究提供相关的数据资料。方法采用凯普医用核酸分子快速导流杂交基因芯片技术,采集宫颈脱落细胞标本进行HPV检测及基因分型,分析HPV在该地区妇女中感染的状况及其分布规律。结果 11 036例标本中检测出HPV阳性者1 510例,总阳性率为13.68%,其中HR-HPV阳性率为10.69%,以HPV16、HPV52、HPV58和HPV18为主;LR-HPV1.55%,以HPV CP8304和HPV11型多见;各年龄组HPV总感染率居前3位的依次是41~岁(5.42%),31~岁(4.32%),51~岁(1.90%)。结论梅州地区妇女HPV感染常见基因型别与亚洲人群分布规律存在一致性,但具有一定的区域特性,不同年龄组HPV感染率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
Objective To investigate the status of human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and the distribution of genotypes in Meizhou area and provide relevant data for the prevention and treatment of cervical diseases and epidemiological studies in this area. Methods Captop medical nucleic acid molecules rapid flow-through hybridization gene chip technique was used to collect cervical exfoliated cells for HPV detection and genotyping, and to analyze the status and distribution of HPV infection in women in the area. Results A total of 1 510 cases of HPV positive were detected in 1 036 specimens, the total positive rate was 13.68%. The positive rate of HR-HPV was 10.69%, mainly HPV16, HPV52, HPV58 and HPV18. LR-HPV1.55% HPV type CP8304 and HPV11 were more common. The top three HPV infection rates in all age groups were 41 to 5.42%, 31 to 4.32% and 51 to 1.90%, respectively. Conclusions The distribution of common HPV genotypes among women in Meizhou area is consistent with that of Asian population, but it has some regional characteristics. The HPV infection rates in different age groups have statistical significance (P <0.05).
