基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)是降解ECM的重要酶类,几乎能降解细胞外基质的所有成分。MMPs能通过破坏基质的降解,促进肿瘤细胞突破BM和ECM构成的组织屏障,从而侵袭周围组织。MMP-2可能在宫颈癌细胞增殖、血管生成、浸润转移等过程中发挥重要作用。
Matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) are important enzymes that degrade ECM and can degrade almost all components of extracellular matrix. MMPs can invade the surrounding tissues by disrupting the degradation of the matrix and promoting tumor cells to break through the tissue barrier formed by BM and ECM. MMP-2 may play an important role in the process of cervical cancer cell proliferation, angiogenesis, invasion and metastasis.
