本文介绍了可用于在线检测工件孔径的测量装置。该测量装置的探测头由三个电感传感器按一定角度配置构成。分析结果和实验结果都表明:传感器安装角度偏差是测量误差的主要起因;在一定条件下,测量精度优于±2μm.本装置可用作加工中心监控系统中的测量设备,除测量孔径外,还可测量刀具与工件孔之间的偏心量,特别适用于批量生产的在线质量检测。
This article describes the measuring device that can be used to detect the workpiece aperture on-line. The probe of the measuring device consists of three inductive sensors arranged at an angle. The results of the analysis and the experimental results show that the deviation of sensor installation angle is the main cause of measurement error, and the measurement accuracy is better than ± 2μm under certain conditions.The device can be used as the measuring equipment in the monitoring system of machining center, besides measuring the aperture, Also measure the amount of eccentricity between the tool and the workpiece hole, especially for mass production online testing.
