目的:研究热痹颗粒治疗类风湿性关节炎的作用机理。方法:以佐剂性关节炎大鼠(AA)作为实验模型,热痹颗粒为阳性对照药物,随机分为6组(正常组、模型组、对照组、热痹颗粒小剂量组、中剂量组和大剂量组)进行实验研究,观察热痹颗粒对AA大鼠Bcl-2蛋白表达及IL-1β、TNF-α的影响,对其作用机理进行探讨。结果:热痹颗粒能够下调Bcl-2蛋白的表达,降低血清中IL-1β、TNF-α的水平。软骨的破坏,使关节损伤减轻。结论:该药具有较好的抗炎和免疫调节作用,能改善细胞因子紊乱,减轻关节炎性细胞浸润及滑膜炎性增生。
Objective: To study the mechanism of the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis by hot granules. METHODS: Rats with adjuvant arthritis (AA) were used as the experimental model, and hot granules were used as positive control drugs. They were randomly divided into 6 groups (normal group, model group, control group, small dose group of hot granules, medium dose group). The experimental study was carried out to observe the effect of heat granules on Bcl-2 protein expression and IL-1β and TNF-α in AA rats. The mechanism of action was discussed. RESULTS: Heat granules can down-regulate the expression of Bcl-2 protein and decrease the levels of serum IL-1β and TNF-α. The destruction of cartilage reduces joint damage. Conclusion: The drug has a good anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects, can improve cytokine disorders, reduce arterial cell infiltration and synovial inflammatory hyperplasia.
