1989年以来,中国机械工程学会把工业工程作为学术工作的一个重点,组织全国范围的研究与交流,通过宣传和普及推动企业的应用。这是一项具有深远意义的工作。几十年来,我国企业特别是国营大中型企业有了很大的发展。但是在改革开放的新形势下,企业的经营机制必须要有一个大的变革。要提高企业素质,增强应变能力,面向市场,参与国际范围的竞争,形成适销优质产品的开发和制造能力,必须有一套全新的科学的原则来设计和改善企业的运行系统,这就是工业工程。
Since 1989, China Mechanical Engineering Society of industrial engineering as a focus of academic work, organize a nationwide research and exchange, promotion and popularization through the promotion of enterprise applications. This is a far-reaching work. For decades, China’s enterprises, especially state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises, have made great strides. However, under the new situation of reform and opening up, there must be a big change in the operating mechanism of enterprises. To improve the quality of enterprises, enhance resilience, market-oriented, participate in international competition, the formation of marketable quality product development and manufacturing capabilities, there must be a new set of scientific principles to design and improve the operating system of enterprises, which is the industrial engineering.
