目的探讨用测汞仪测定总汞含量时加入还原剂的最佳方法。方法采用由定量加样器快速加入还原剂氯化亚锡,避免汞蒸气挥发。结果通过改进前、后加入还原剂的测定结果比较(变异系数CV分别为0.936%,3.456%),说明改进后测定结果的精密度明显提高。结论改进后的加入还原剂方法便于操作,易掌握,可提高卫生检验过程的精准性。
Objective To explore the best method for adding reducing agent when measuring total mercury with mercury analyzer. Methods Rapid addition of reductant stannous chloride by quantitative sample injector avoids mercury vapor volatilization. Results By comparing the results of the addition of reducing agent before and after modification (coefficient of variation, CV: 0.936% and 3.456%, respectively), the accuracy of the improved determination results was significantly improved. Conclusion The improved method of adding reducing agent is easy to operate and easy to grasp, which can improve the accuracy of the hygienic testing process.
