本试验研究了九个水稻品种对白叶枯病菌“江陵69l”菌株的成株抗性遗传,进行了抗病基因的等位性测定。结果表明:水稻品种Bulu Patih、Ketan Gondel、Pulut Kemandi、KetanGondopuro、Ketan Bajong和Rathu Heenati对“江陵691”菌株的成株抗性由一个相同或等位的显性抗病基因控制,该基因与全抗品种IR1545-339和DV_(85)的隐性抗病基因独立遗传,而与全抗品种IR28的显性抗病基因为复等位基因;南梗15、早生爱国3号和辛尼斯的成株抗性各由一个显性抗病基因控制,这三个抗病基因彼此独立遗传。
In this study, the inheritance of adult plants of nine rice cultivars to the bacterial strain Jiang Gang 691 was studied. The alleles of the resistance genes were tested. The results showed that the adult plants of Bulu Patih, Ketan Gondel, Pulut Kemandi, Ketan Gondopuro, Ketan Bajong and Rathu Heenati were controlled by an identical dominant allele or dominant allele, The recessive resistance genes of resistant cultivars IR1545-339 and DV_ (85) were independently inherited, while the dominant resistance gene of resistant variety IR28 was a complex allele. Southern stem 15, early Aigo 3 and Sinisid Plant resistance is controlled by a dominant resistance gene, which inherits independently of each other.
