1999年4月25日晚,山西省临猗县城西10千伏线路接地掉闸。经查找,是张庄支线~#6杆C相线断。 ~#6杆使用瓷横担,螺栓由上往下穿入,由于年长日久,铝线摆动引起瓷担振动,螺母自动松开。恰巧晚上刮大风,铝线摆动剧烈,引起螺母松掉落地,瓷担连同螺杆脱落碰杆,铝线烧断落地引起掉闸。 事故原因分析及措施 (1)螺栓穿向错误。《农村低压电力技术规程》规定:螺栓穿入方向:顺线路者由电源方向穿入,横线路者由左向右穿(面向受电侧),垂直地面由下向上穿。
