用导纳法描记血流容积变化图(△y)及其微分图(dy/dt)的技术较阻抗法优越的论点已被很多学者所接受,为了进一步弄清基础阻抗(Z_0)对这二种不同方法所描记的容积图及其微分图的影响程度,本文在同一受试者身上用Kubicek四极法,固定极间距离后、先测定Z_0及y_0,然后在自然呼气末先后同步描记△Z、dz/dt,PCG,ECG及△y、dy/dt、PCG、ECG作为对照组。以后在测量电极之间并联不同数值的电阻以改变Z_0读数先后共3次,在每次改变Z_0(或Y_0)后都按上述项目同步描记,进行对照观察。本文对20例受试者先后进行80次记录、得到结果为:
