Objective To investigate the effect of early exercise training on the behavior of premature infant rats induced by intrauterine infection. Methods The pregnant rats were injected intraperitoneally with lipopolysaccharide to prepare the premature infant rat models. The premature infant rats were randomly divided into two groups: exercise training group and model group. The normal young rats without preterm birth For the control group. On the 7th day after birth, the pups in different intervention groups were given acupuncture and exercise training. At the age of 28 days, open field test and rotarod test were performed on the pups. The test results were recorded and statistically analyzed. Results Exercise training significantly improved the motor and exploratory behavior of premature rats, and there was a significant difference (P <0.05) between the exercise tolerance and the exercise performance of the preterm rats. Conclusion Early exercise training can significantly improve the performance of young premature children and explore behavior.
