目的了解大庆某化工公司醋酸车间技术改造后的职业卫生学现状是否符合职业卫生标准,为今后的职业卫生管理奠定基础。方法依据国家职业卫生标准及规范,对某化工公司醋酸车间的技术改造后的作业场所职业病危害因素的浓度或强度进行检测,对作业场所卫生防护措施进行调查,对接触职业病危害因素的作业工人进行职业健康检查。结果某化工公司醋酸车间作业场所职业病危害因素的浓度或强度检测结果及卫生防护措施符合职业卫生标准;对职业病危害因素作业人员进行职业健康检查未发现有职业禁忌证。结论通过调查研究显示某化工公司醋酸技改后的职业卫生现状符合职业卫生标准。
Objective To understand whether the status quo of occupational hygiene after technological transformation of acetic acid workshop in a chemical company in Daqing is in line with occupational health standards and lay the foundation for future occupational health management. Methods According to the standards and norms of national occupational health, the concentrations or intensities of occupational hazards in workplaces after technological transformation of acetic acid workshop of a chemical company were tested. The health protective measures in workplaces were investigated, and the workers exposed to occupational hazards were investigated Occupational health examination. Results The concentration or strength of occupational hazards in workplace of a chemical company and the results of protective measures and health protection measures were in line with occupational health standards. No occupation contraindications were found in the occupational health examination of occupational hazards workers. Conclusion According to the investigation and research, the status of occupational health after the technical modification of acetic acid in a chemical company conforms to the occupational health standards.
