前言东江水电站位于湖南省郴州地区耒水干流上游,下距湖南资兴市东江镇11km,电站装机容量50万kw,正常蓄水位285m时,相应水库面积160km~2,水库年消落水位270～274m;水库于1986年8月下闸蓄水,蓄水初期库水位较低,3～4年后才逐渐接近正常蓄水位。目前,水库消落区还未完全形成。东江水库淹没涉及资兴、汝城2县13个乡(以下称库区),即旧市、厚玉、滁口、渡头、黄草、清江、青市、木根桥、龙溪、东坪、坪石等,其中绝大部分乡属资兴县(现为资兴市);水库总迁移人口约5.4万人(1987
Introduction Dongjiang Hydropower Station is located in the upper reaches of Lishui River in the Chenzhou area of Hunan Province. It is 11km away from Dongjiang Town, Zixing City, Hunan Province, with an installed capacity of 500,000 kw.
