近年来,随着我国高压氧医学事业的发展,医用氧舱在舱体类型、数量及临床应用上均得到了快速发展。人们对高压氧舱的安全性和可靠性的要求也越来越高。回顾我国1965—2000年内发生的17起氧舱火灾事故(死亡52人,伤6人),其事故发生的主要原因就是舱内用电和管理制度不落实引起。GB12130—95及《医用氧舱安全管理规定》中对电器部分和静电防护都作了明确规定,这对氧舱检验人员、维护管理人员和操舱人员提出了要求。现就我们检验中积累的一些经验,对静电防护的措施做一下总结。
In recent years, with the development of hyperbaric medicine in our country, medical oxygen capsule has been developed rapidly in the type, quantity and clinical application of capsule. There is also a growing demand for the safety and reliability of hyperbaric oxygen chambers. In the review of 17 oxygen chamber fire accidents (52 deaths and 6 injuries) that took place in 1965-2000 in our country, the main cause of the accident was the non-implementation of the electricity consumption and management system in the cabin. GB12130-95 and “Medical Oxygen Chamber Safety Management Regulations” on the electrical parts and electrostatic protection have made it clear that the oxygen cabin inspectors, maintenance managers and operators proposed requirements. Now on the accumulation of some of our experience in testing, static protection measures to do some summary.
