采用等离子喷涂设备在钛合金表制备了Cu Al/h BN涂层,对该涂层显微结构、表面氧化及与钛合金的界面渗透性能进行了研究,结果发现:Cu Al/h BN涂层呈典型层状结构,各层间结合良好。涂层经800℃恒温氧化30 min后,表面从外到内分为Cu+Cu O、Cu O、Cu O+Al_2O_3三层,涂层中的Cu、Al均向钛合金基体渗透,渗透深度约为5~10μm,并在富Cu区域中形成了Ti-Cu合金。
Cu Al / h BN coating was prepared on titanium alloy by plasma spraying equipment. The microstructure, surface oxidation and interfacial permeability of the coating were investigated. The results show that the Cu Al / h BN coating A typical layered structure, good combination of layers. After the coating was oxidized at 800 ℃ for 30 min, the surface was divided into three layers Cu + Cu O, Cu O and Cu O + Al 2 O 3 from the outside to the inside. The Cu and Al in the coating infiltrated into the titanium alloy substrate, Is 5 to 10 μm, and a Ti-Cu alloy is formed in the Cu-rich region.
