高中物理是高中理科基础科目之一,与九年义务教育物理或者科学课程相衔接,主旨在于进一步提高同学们的科学素养,与实际生活联系紧密,研究的重点是力学。高中物理课本共三册,其中第一,二册为必修,第三册为必修加选修。物理在绝大多数的省份既是会考科目又是高考科目,在高中的学习中占有重要地位。高中物理学科强调注重基础,把那些最重要、最基本的主干知识作为高中物理的主要内容,同时,高中物理也随着时代的发展增加了近代物理的内容。
High school physics is one of the basic science subjects in senior high school, which is linked with the nine-year compulsory education physics or science curriculum.
