After reading the article entitled “Philatelic Expo”, Mr. Dai Jinliang’s “Pre-Post Office,” and “How Many Post Offices” in the No. 5 Issue of 2004, it is quite possible that this book might have congenialities with the types I collected. Some questions would like to discuss with Mr. Dai, to discuss. The station has a post office for more than a hundred years. As early as April 13, 1903 (Qing Emperor Guangxu twenty-nine years), the post office and the then railway company signed the “Qing Dynasty post office and the railway company articles of mutual agreement,” a total of eight, of which Article expressly states: “The train station quasi rent a number of rooms, according to take care of fees, and in the station set up a mailbox. Department of the post office manager ... ...” Since then, the train station set up the post office, has become a matter of course.
