目的:了解安阳市北关区医疗机构法定传染病漏报及报告质量,为进一步提高传染病网络直报工作效率和质量提供科学依据。方法:在全区范围内抽取12家医疗机构开展调查。抽查医疗机构2015年1-9月门诊日志、住院病历,进行传染病漏报情况及传染病报告卡片质量调查。结果:全区共调查法定传染病9种143例漏报17例,漏报率为11.88%;乙、丙类传染病漏报率分别为6.34%和16.25%,两者差异有统计学意义。抽取传染病报告卡105张,传染病报告卡填写完整率为100%,网络录入一致率为94.28%,准确率为84.76%,及时率为77.15%。结论:北关区传染病漏报情况较为严重,丙类传染病漏报率明显高于乙类;管理制度不够健全、医生报告意识不强是传染病漏报的主要原因;各级医疗机构应加强传染病报告管理工作,建立和完善传染病报告管理规范和有效地反馈机制;对临床医生进行针对性培训,进一步提高传染病报告意识和报告质量。
Objective: To understand the omission of notifiable infectious diseases reported by medical institutions in Beiguan District, Anyang City, and to provide a scientific basis for further improving the efficiency and quality of direct online reporting of infectious diseases. Methods: In the region-wide extraction of 12 medical institutions to carry out investigations. A random sample of medical institutions from January to September 2015 outpatient diaries, inpatient medical records, omission of infectious diseases and quality of infectious disease report cards. Results: A total of 143 cases of statutory communicable diseases were investigated in 17 cases, accounting for 11.88%. The omission rate of infectious diseases of Class B and C were 6.34% and 16.25% respectively, with significant difference between the two groups. 105 infectious disease report cards were drawn, the complete report rate of infectious disease report cards was 100%, the network input consistency rate was 94.28%, the accuracy rate was 84.76% and the prompt rate was 77.15%. Conclusion: The omission of communicable diseases in Bei Guan District is more serious, and the omission rate of infectious diseases of Category C is obviously higher than that of Category B. The management system is not perfect and the doctors’ reporting awareness is not strong, which is the main reason for the omission of infectious diseases. Strengthen the management of infectious disease reports, establish and improve the infectious disease reporting management practices and effective feedback mechanism; targeted training of clinicians to further improve the awareness of infectious disease reporting and reporting quality.
