改革开放以来,我国的企业逐渐进行改革,从以前的全部公有制企业逐步转变为以国有企业为主,以其他各种企业为辅的社会主义市场经济。一些企业开始逐步做强做大,开始进行一些大型的跨国投资和跨国收购。按投资主体规模的不同,我国的企业项目投资分为中小型企业项目投资和大型企业项目投资。他们各有特点,促进了国家经济向前发展。本文通过对企业项目投资的方式和领域分析,结合项目投资的方式方法和影响企业投资决策失误的原因,提出如何提高企业项目投资决策能力。
