2年生东北红豆杉扦插苗的生长期在5～7月，6月是生长高峰期。苗期栽培应特别注意蔽荫和土壤湿度，透光度18％最佳，土壤湿度以土壤含水量17％为宜。
The growth period of 2-year-old yew cuttings in the Northeast is from May to July, and June is the peak of growth. During seedling stage cultivation, special attention should be paid to shade and soil moisture. The optimum light transmittance is 18%, and the soil moisture content is preferably 17%.
