撒拉族饮食文化在特殊的经济生产方式、伊斯兰宗教文化信仰、高原气候和社会环境等因素的影响下展现了独到的民族和地域特点,成为了中华饮食文化百花园中一枝盛开的鲜花。本文通过对撒拉族饮食文化形成的因素,撒拉族日常生活及节庆礼俗中的饮食文化及特征进行分析,阐述了在现在化进程中撒拉族饮食文化发生的变迁,并提出传承和创新人口较少民族——撒拉族的传统饮食文化迫在眉睫,需引起政府、社会及撒拉人个体的重视。
Under the influence of special economic mode of production, religious and religious beliefs in Islam, plateau climate and social environment, the Salar diet culture has shown unique national and regional characteristics and has become a blooming flower in the flower garden of Chinese food culture.
