颅内脑动脉瘤可引发致命性的蛛网膜下腔出血,是严重威胁人类健康和生命的脑血管疾病。脑动脉瘤发生的病理原因至今尚未完全清楚。最新文献报道,血管紧张素转化酶(AngiotensinConvertingEnzyme,ACE)基因插入/缺失(inser-tion/deletion,I/D)多态性与脑动脉瘤的病理发生关系密切。ACE基因位于第17号常染色体长臂上,有三种基因多态性基因型。动脉瘤病人的ACE缺失纯合子D/D基因型明显低于正常人(P<0.05),可以推断ACE基因可能是脑动脉瘤形成和发展的一个微效基因,是颅内动脉瘤发生、发展的遗传背景之一。
