简述了基于初始磁导率法的WGF─1型微机式钢铁材质自动分选仪的原理和现场实际应用的结果.应用表明,用螺线管式探头可检测距表面深达25mm处的内部裂纹等缺陷,用笔式探头可检测距表面深达100mm处的裂纹等缺陷,从而为钢铁件的表面和深层内部探伤提供了一种分选速度可达1500件/h的新方法.
The principle of WGF-1 microprocessor-based steel automatic sorting machine based on initial permeability method and the results of field application are briefly described. Application shows that the use of a solenoid probe can detect defects such as internal cracks up to 25mm away from the surface with a pen probe can be detected from the surface cracks up to 100mm and other defects so as to detect the surface of steel parts and deep internal inspection A new method of sorting speeds up to 1500 pieces / h is provided.
