用N235+TBP作萃取剂,H2O作反萃剂从大洋多金属结核盐酸浸出液除铁余液中萃取钴。HCl浓度、Cl-浓度、N235浓度、相比对钴的萃取率有较大影响,而萃取时间则无明显影响。模拟试验结果表明,当平衡次数为17~21次时,钴的萃取率大于977%,反萃率大于98%。
Using N235 + TBP as extractant and H2O as stripping agent, cobalt was extracted from iron remnant solution of oceanic polymetallic nodule hydrochloric acid leachate. HCl concentration, Cl- concentration, N235 concentration, compared to cobalt extraction rate has a greater impact, while the extraction time had no significant effect. The simulation results show that the cobalt extraction rate is more than 977% and the stripping rate is more than 98% when the equilibrium times are 17 ~ 21 times.
