目的 为延缓蚊虫抗性的发生和发展 ,更好地选用卫生杀虫剂 ,控制卫生害虫 ,测定了山东省部分地区淡色库蚊对常用杀虫剂混用的敏感性。方法 采用WHO生物测试法 ,计算LC50 、回归方程、增效系数。结果 氯氰菊酯 +残杀威、氯氰菊酯 +DDVP复配共毒系数分别在 12 5 .78~ 3 95 .2 1之间、12 7.3 7~ 3 64 .5 0之间 ,显示出较好的增效作用。DDVP +残杀威复配效果较差。结论 当淡色库蚊产生抗药性后 ,采用有机磷或氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂与拟除虫菊酯类混用的方法 ,能取得较好效果。
The purpose is to delay the occurrence and development of mosquito resistance, to select better sanitation insecticides and to control pests, and to determine the sensitivity of Culex pipiens pallens mixed pesticides in some areas of Shandong Province. Methods The WHO bioassay method was used to calculate LC50, regression equation and synergistic coefficient. Results Cypermethrin + propoxur, cypermethrin + DDVP co-toxicity coefficient were between 12 5 .78 ~ 3 95. 21 and between 12 7.3 7 ~ 3 64. 5 0, showing a good synergistic effect. DDVP + disability Granville complex with less effective. Conclusion When the Culex pipiens pallens produce resistance, the use of organic phosphorus or carbamate insecticides and pyrethroids mixed method can achieve better results.
