研究组胺对心肌病的影响.方法:豚鼠ip左甲状腺素05mg·kg-1·d-1×10d,造成心肌病模型.心脏置于Langendorfs装置中,以任乐氏液灌流.记录心电图、心肌收缩力,收集每分钟冠流量.经主动脉上方注入5μg组胺,立即连续记录上述指标10min.冠流液中组胺含量用荧光法测定.结果:组胺对心肌病模型心脏打击更严重,心率加快更显著,房室传导阻滞出现更早,冠流量下降更突出,组胺摄取增加.结论:组胺加重左甲状腺素诱发的心肌病.
Study of histamine on the impact of cardiomyopathy. Methods: Guinea pig ip levothyroxine 0 5mg · kg-1 · d-1 × 10d, resulting in a model of cardiomyopathy. The heart was placed in a Langendorf’s device and perfused with Ringer’s solution. ECG recording, myocardial contractility, coronary flow collected per minute. The top of the aorta injected with 5μg of histamine immediately recorded the above indicators 10min. The histamine content in the coronary fluid was measured by fluorimetry. Results: Histamine had a more severe heart attack on cardiomyopathy, faster heart rate acceleration, earlier onset of atrioventricular block, more prominent drop of coronary flow, and increased histamine intake. Conclusion: Histamine aggravates levothyroxine-induced cardiomyopathy.
