【目的】探讨彩色多普勒超声心动图在心律失常胎儿筛查中的应用价值。【方法】采用彩色多普勒超声心动图筛查胎儿986例,对心律失常胎儿进行分类诊断:窦性心动过速(ST )、室上性心动过速(SVT)、房性期前收缩(AP)、室性期前收缩(VP)、窦性心动过缓(SB)、房扑(AF)及先天性心脏病(CHD)。计算胎儿心律失常的检出率,随访预后。【结果】986例胎儿共筛查出35例心律失常胎儿,检出率3.55%,胎儿出生后(新生儿)确诊有33例心律失常,准确率达94.3%(33/35),其中确诊 ST 8例、SVT 7例,AP 6例,VP 4例,SB 5例,AF 1 例,CHD 2例。还有2例未得到最后确诊,其中终止妊娠1例(尸检确诊主动脉瓣狭窄),产后死亡1例(家属拒绝尸检)。【结论】彩色多普勒超声心动图能筛查在胎儿心律失常中有较高的应用价值,对优生优育具有重要的临床指导意义。“,”Objective]To explore the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in Heartbeat arrhyth‐mia in fetal screening .[Methods]using color Doppler ultrasound screening for fetal Heartbeat figure 986 cases , the diagnosis of fetal arrhythmia classification :sinus tachycardia (ST ) ,Heartbeat supraventricular tachycardia (SVT ) ,Heartbeat atrial premature beat (AP) ,ventricular premature beat (VP) ,sinus bradycardia Beckoning (SB) ,atrial flutter (AF) and congenital heart disease (CHD) .The detection rate of various types of fetal ar‐rhythmias ,prognosis .[Results]986 cases were found in 35 cases of fetal arrhythmia fetuses ,the detection rate of 3 .55% ,the fetus after birth confirmed 33 cases of neonatal arrhythmias .The accuracy rate was 94 .3%(33/35) .Among 8 cases of ST diagnosed 7cases ,SVT 6 cases ,AP 4 cases ,VP 5 cases ,SB 1 cases ,AF 2 ca‐ses ,CHD .Termination of pregnancy (1 cases of autopsy confirmed aortic stenosis ) ,1 cases of postpartum death (family refused an autopsy) .[Conclusion]color Doppler ultrasound can be used Beckoning screening has high value in diagnosis of fetal arrhythmias ,has important clinical significance in eugenics .
