针对曲面形状误差评定使用传统的模板定性检测、定性描述的方式已不能满足现代制造对产品质量的控制要求,提出了一种新的参数曲面形状误差计算的迭代逼近法.计算机仿真结果表明,本算法符合曲面形状误差评定的最小区域原则.
Aiming at the problem that the surface shape error is assessed by traditional template qualitative detection, the qualitative description can not meet the demand of modern manufacturing for product quality control. A new iterative approximation method for calculating the shape error of the parametric surface is proposed. Computer simulation results show that the algorithm accords with the principle of minimum area of surface shape error assessment.
