白居易是中唐时期著名的大诗人,他为后世留下了三千多首脍炙人口的诗篇。其中不少诗篇是抒写他的养生之道的。由于白居易处世豁达、养生有道,享年74年。在“人生七十古来稀”的一千多年前,他可称得上高寿。 白居易养生方法主要有三个方面:练气功、重保健、喜旅游。 “负闭宣月座,和气生肌肤,初似饮醇醪,又如蛰若旁,外融为骸畅,中适一念无,旷至妄所存,心与虚俱无。”
Bai Juyi, a famous poet in the Middle Tang Dynasty, left more than 3,000 popular poems for later generations. Many of the poems are to express his regimen. As Bai Juyi open-minded, health-oriented, at the age of 74 years. He can be regarded as longevity more than a thousand years before his life was over. There are three main aspects of Bai Juyi’s method of keeping fit: practicing qigong, re-health and hi tourism. “Negative closure Xuan Yuezuo, and air of the skin, beginning to drink alcohol mash, another example sting aside, outside the melt for the bones smooth, suitable for a read, Kuangzhi delirium, heart and nothing.”
